To enrich and strengthen the cooperation among the partners, to define the ongoing activities and discuss the project activities results 4 transnational meetings will be organised. In turns, each partner will act as hosting partner and will be responsible for the logistic and technical organisation of the meeting in cooperation with the Coordinator and the other partners. For each meeting, a specific topic will be central and the hosting partner will be in charge of preparing templates, collect information on that specific topic and coordinate the other partners’ work in order to have coherent material to discuss on. The Coordinator will make sure that timetable is respected and all deliverables are issued in due time. Each meeting will be an opportunity to discuss project management and financial issues and to identify ways in which project activities, its development and implementation might be improved. Two representatives of each partner organisation will participate in every transnational meeting. The working days will be two.
The 1° meeting will take place in Lithuania in the 2nd month of activities. It will focus on the IO1 planning. The “kick off meeting” will be the moment where all major start-up decisions will be taken and further technical work organised.
The 2° transnational meeting will take place in Italy in the 10th month of activities. It will focus on the training course contents and how to assess its first piloting on line, as well as a first overview of the Platform.
The 3° transnational project meeting will take place in Spain in the 16th month of activities. It will focus on the assessment of competences, skills and knowledge, as well as the advancements of the Platform.
The 4° transnational project meeting will take place in Czech Republic in the last month of activities. It will focus on the final results of the project and Platform to be then disseminated in the foreseen multiplier event and on the Sustainability Plan.
