In order to boost the local welfare, one of the starting point is a smart and sustainable development of the local economy: first of all improving the strength of the local enterprises in terms of connections with the global market, fostering local cluster, and then enhancing tailored made strategies locally developed and globally addressed.
Among all specific and permanent constraints that negatively influence micro enterprises' potentials, the local markets represented by these enterprises have peculiarities and features often under-exploited or even unexploited.
The e-commerce, considered as effective economic driver, could be one turning point to revamp the economy of local areas, including the peripheral territories.
A project for people
The main project target group is made of VET learners or VET post-graduates aged 20 to 35 and/or having sectorial competences and/or having previous experiences in the marketing field, currently unemployed or underemployed.
People will achieve, thanks to the project intellectual outputs, a comprehensive, specialised, factual and theoretical knowledge in the field of e-commerce management, suited to the market implementation of Micro Enterprises. 4 selected learners, 1 for each partner country will then experience, within the project and in a sustainability perspective, a real start up in collaboration with 4 Micro Enterprises.
